Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, relay calls, and assist providers by reaching radiologists.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate interpreter services.
• Make reminder calls and provide directions to patients.
• Process medical records requests and pre-authorization/insurance verification.
• Register patients in billing system and handle related clerical tasks.
• Provide back-up support at front desks and manage supplies as needed.
