Job summary

Lumexa Imaging, Inc. in the Charleston area is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support the Summerville location before the West Ashley center opens.

You will schedule patients, verify insurance, check in/out, handle phones, and assist billing with data accuracy. A 1–4 year medical office background and strong customer service are preferred; training is provided.

This is a full-time role with robust benefits and opportunity to grow within a national imaging network.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in medical office or hospital setting.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy medical office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
