Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check patients in and out and answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to the billing office and verify insurance.
• Ensure accurate patient data in the system and manage records.
• Assist technologists during imaging procedures and prep patients.
• Escort patients and provide pre-exam instructions; move patient flow efficiently.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
