Responsibilities

• Provide professional and compassionate communication with patients.
• Perform clerical duties to support the Imaging Center.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Manage busy times in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
• Collect and scan required documentation.
