Job summary

Radia Imaging Services in Olympia, WA is hiring a Per-diem Patient Services Representative I to provide compassionate customer service to patients, schedule and confirm appointments, and support front-desk reception. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service position.
• Minimum of 1-year medical office experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in computer skills and able to multitask across several software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and compassionate customer service to patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; provide prep instructions and enter orders.
• Support front-desk medical reception as needed.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect and scan documents.
• Enter incoming orders accurately and timely; handle confidential patient information per HIPAA regulations.
