Job summary

Radia Imaging Services is seeking a Per-diem Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to join our Radiology team in Olympia, WA. You will provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients, handling scheduling, appointment confirmations, prep instructions, order entry, and front-desk support in a busy imaging center.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, preference for medical office exposure, and strong computer and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service position, required.
• Minimum of 1-year medical office experience, preferred.
• Must be very proficient in computer skills, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and compassionate customer service to patients.
• Schedule, confirm appointments, provide prep instructions, enter orders, and support front-desk medical reception as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information.
