Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance and collect co-pays.
• Make appointment reminder calls as needed.
• Process image/CD requests per policy.
• Manage department check-in and patient flow.
• Assist with checkout and follow-up bookings per guidelines.
• Coordinate image sharing and prior imaging transfers.
• Track internal and external imaging transfers.
• Communicate results with outside providers by fax or routing.
• Maintain a clean waiting area and assist with training.
• Provide back-up coverage for radiology support staff.
