Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient access through pre-registration, registration or collections based on patient needs.
• Conducts confidential, professional interviews with patients or their representatives for registration and discharge collections.
• Collects co-payments and payments, ensures accurate receipts and maintains records in accordance with policies.
• Performs activation and dissemination of patient records according to standard procedures.
