Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years in radiology business operations or clinical radiology experience.
• 1 year of formal supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line operational leadership for Radiology Patient Representatives and related operations.
• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, workflow, billing, and charge capture processes.
• Collaborate with Imaging Services leadership, Revenue Cycle, and clinical teams to ensure timely, patient-centered radiology services.
