• Provide first-line operational leadership for Radiology Patient Representatives and related business operations.
• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, workflow, service delivery, billing, and charge-capture activities.
• Manage electronic image-sharing activities and monitor operational performance.
• Address workflow and service issues; partner with Imaging Services leadership, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and clinical teams.
