Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Radiology Support Services to oversee daily operations and coordinate workflows within the Radiology Support Services department.

You will liaise between leadership and frontline staff, manage scheduling, ensure imaging library and patient reception functions run smoothly, and support radiologist administration. On-call duties are required 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare or radiology.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Experience with automated timekeeping systems (Kronos) and radiology-specific information systems preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and schedule staff; manage Kronos timekeeping and payroll.
• Coordinate daily patient reception, imaging library duties, and radiologist support.
• Participate in annual operating and capital budget development and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Oversee training of new staff and students; support continuous education.
