Job summary

Sentara Health seeks a Radiology Manager to oversee MRI, CT and Diagnostic Radiology across the McCleskey and Sentara Norfolk General Comprehensive Breast Centers. You will lead staffing, optimize workflow, and drive quality and safety in a 24/7 operation.

Collaboration with ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and mammography leadership is essential. The role includes strategic planning, process improvements, and coordination with hospital departments to support Sentara-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• ARRT, ARDMS or CNMT certification is required.
• 5 years of radiology experience is required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing across radiology services including MRI, CT and Diagnostic Radiology.
• Manage workflow optimization and ensure high-quality, safe operations around the clock.
• Lead quality and compliance initiatives and coordinate patient experience efforts.
• Coordinate with Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography supervisors and managers.
• Participate in strategic planning, process improvement and Sentara-wide operational projects.
