Job summary

Sentara Health in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Manager of Patient Care Services for the Advanced Imaging Centers. This role supervises staff, provides clinical and technical leadership, and drives safety, satisfaction and quality across imaging services.

You will participate in budgeting, billing, payroll and supply cost management, mentor staff, interview and develop team members, and lead process improvements in a not-for-profit system with a strong commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise models and lead professional practices to ensure safety, customer satisfaction and quality in imaging services.
• Assist in budgeting, billing, payroll, purchasing and supply cost management for the department.
• Interview, hire and develop team members to build a high-performing work unit.
• Ensure licensure and certifications are kept current in the state of practice.
