Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (Required).
• Completion of an accredited two-year technologist program.
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• ARRT certification (Required).
• MRSO certification (Preferred).
• 5 years technologist experience (Required).
• 1 year radiology leadership experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight for MRI services across four locations.
• Lead and engage a team of ~45 imaging professionals.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality MRI services and patient care.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and equipment needs.
• Partner with radiologists, physicians, and hospital leadership to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee capital planning and equipment acquisitions.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Support professional development, training, and safety culture.
• Promote inclusion and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
