Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Florida seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily center operations across designated markets. You will manage teams, drive patient service excellence, and collaborate with radiologists and executives to optimize workflow.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and a focus on quality, safety and HIPAA compliance. Regular travel between sites is expected and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in medical, business management, or related field.
• Five years of relevant medical experience.
• Three years of experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Travel between sites may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff engagement.
• Maintain relationships with referring groups and customers.
• Coordinate physician coverage and protocol maintenance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality metrics.
• Develop budgets and monitor center profitability.
• Lead training and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with market success and marketing teams.
