Essen Health Care in New York is seeking an Administrator for Radiology to lead the overall management and administrative direction of Radiology operations across the network. The role includes guiding policy, strategic planning, and performance measurement to drive excellence in patient care.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize service delivery and efficiency in a growing multispecialty

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management or Health Care Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy mandates and confidentiality policies.
• Strong problem solving and judgment; effective written and verbal communication.
• Builds and maintains constructive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement policies and procedures of the Radiology service line.
• Lead strategic planning and develop the overall strategic plan.
• Establish performance goals and measures for evaluation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise department staff.
• Coordinate staff selection, training, evaluation, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure all programs comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee invoice processing from multiple locations and the India team.
• Prepare and process payables for vendors, contractors and employees.
• Daily filing of vendor invoices; perform other duties as assigned by SVP.
