Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
• 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• National Certification preferred.
• 3 years of demonstrated clinical leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a patient care department under the Nurse Manager.
• Attend unit conferences and support professional development.
• Develop and monitor unit-based quality and patient safety plans.
• Promote patient satisfaction through collaborative teamwork and outreach.
• Oversee budget and resource utilization with nurse manager.
