Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
• 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR multi-state licensure via eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the patient care department under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership and expertise to the unit.
• Develop and execute unit-based quality and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor regulatory readiness and adherence to professional standards.
• Promote staff development, credentialing, and nursing specialty certification.
