Job Description

Reporting to the Radiology Manager, this position performs imaging examinations in two or more modalities. The role involves working across various imaging sections based on operational needs.

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and staff, reflecting Jefferson's values.
• Operates radiologic equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
• Monitors patient condition during procedures and alerts physicians of any complications.
• Provides radiologists with high-quality images to assist in diagnosis.
• Follows all radiologic safety regulations.
• Properly positions patients and equipment; administers oral or injectable contrast when necessary.
• Maintains reports on patient data and radiologic treatments.
• Work schedule is split between multiple modalities and is based on business needs.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree preferred

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in primary modality; 1 year in secondary modality

Certifications, Registration, or License Requirements: ARRT, RDMS, or NMTCB for primary and secondary modalities
