Job Summary
Operates radiology equipment and performs routine diagnostic procedures as prescribed by physicians according to established standards and practices to aid in the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease. Routinely works in 2 or more specialties.
Job Responsibilities
Experience
Minimum Required: Experience as obtained through completion through Radiology Technology Program.
Education
Minimum Required: Completion of a formal education program in radiography accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRT.
Licensure
Minimum Required: Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Registry in Radiology ARRT (R).; BLS Certification within 14 days of hire; New graduate will obtain required registry within 120 days as required; State license as required.
