Job summary

You will collaborate with technologists in a fast-paced environment, assist with patient transport, positioning, and IV insertion if competency is achieved, while upholding safety and quality in imaging services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Experience supporting imaging or patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing patients for imaging exams and ensure comfort and safety.
• Provide support under the direction of imaging technologists.
• Aid in transporting and positioning patients to and from procedures.
• Coordinate patient care and relay pertinent information to care providers.
• Inspect transport equipment and report repairs as needed.
• May perform IV insertion upon competency and skill pass-off.
