RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Manager – Radiology Diagnostics for Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. You will oversee patient and radiologist scheduling, payroll, billing, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality imaging services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, ARRT certification, and 5 years of healthcare managerial experience; a Master's degree and billing/coding knowledge are preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position with comprehensive benefits.

Manager – Radiology Diagnostic – Monmouth Medical Center

Under the direction of the Regional Director of the Radiology Services, the Manager will coordinate patient scheduling, staff schedules, Radiologist schedules, medical record functions, maintenance, billing concerns and overall radiology operations. The role includes interviewing potential clerical applicants, providing orientation to new clerical employees and assisting with employee evaluations. The Manager reconciles all charging, supports professional billing, collaborates with HIM and Centralized billing office to resolve patient billing issues, reviews and finalizes all payroll for staff, and develops, directs and coordinates all operations to assure efficient high-level patient care. The Manager ensures accurate completion of all necessary forms and records, supervises all staff within the department in collaboration with the Modality Supervisor and Regional Director, oversees coordination of services within the building/facility, works with the VP Clinical Operations to identify operational and safety issues, and coordinates building support services including engineering, facilities, housekeeping, security, parking, patient experience and other departments. The Manager also ensures Imaging Center compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations and maintains facility regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience in a healthcare managerial role
• ARRT certification

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• Experience: 5 years in a healthcare managerial role, preferably in the Radiology division
• Knowledge of billing and coding
