Job summary

Philips is seeking a Customer Program Manager for Radiology Informatics to lead large, cross-functional IT programs across the UK, Ireland and Nordics. You will drive customer satisfaction by delivering software solutions with structured communication, risk management, and governance oversight.

You will work in a field-based role, supported by a competitive salary and performance bonus, with a company car/allowance and flexible benefits. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in software professional services and project management across different markets.
• PMP (PMI) certified or equivalent mandatory.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and estimation techniques (resources, cost, time, risks).
• Experience delivering healthcare IT/software projects, ideally Radiology Informatics and PACS.
• Clear communication with executive/management stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing programs for Radiology Informatics (RI) to meet objectives and create customer value.
• Manage large cross-functional projects (>€1M budget) across scope, timeline and budget.
• Provide regular stakeholder communication with risk management and documentation.
• Build relationships with customers and partners up to senior leadership.
• Represent projects in steering committees and governance forums.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes and a flawless customer experience.
• Support revenue and cost forecast for projects and manage resource allocation.
