Job summary

Philips Customer Program Manager for Radiology Informatics will lead customer-facing programs, managing full lifecycle from order to go-live and handover. You will drive stakeholder communications, risk management, and governance across a regional footprint in Northern Europe, delivering high-quality software solutions to healthcare providers.

This field-based role requires 60% travel to customer sites, strong PM discipline (PMP/Prince2), and exceptional English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software professional services and project management across countries/markets
• Degree in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent
• Must have healthcare domain experience
• PMP (PMI) certified or equivalent (mandatory)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and estimation techniques (resources, cost, time, risks)
• Proven experience delivering healthcare IT/software projects (Radiology Informatics, PACS)
• Financial acumen to influence margins in pre-sales and delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel (about 60% to customer sites)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects (>€1M) including scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources and risk
• Gaining agreement on project goals and managing scope, schedule, budget and risks
• Driving decision-making with clear escalation reports and corrective actions
• Building strong relationships with customers and external partners
• Representing projects in steering committees and governance forums
• Leading diverse project teams and enabling performance
• Ensuring adherence to standardized delivery processes for a flawless customer experience
• Managing external parties and complex contract environments
• Monitoring cost performance and project costing, and evaluating change requests
• Supporting revenue and cost forecasting and communicating updates
