Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic procedures across patient ages, under the direction of a Radiologist. The role requires ARRT registration, BLS within 30 days, and active licensure in Radiography.

You will help ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining safety and patient comfort. The position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, with opportunities to contribute to clinical excellence and department support

Qualifications

ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist (R) required.
BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Licensed Radiologic Technologist – Radiography (IEMA) license.

Responsibilities

Performs radiologic diagnostic procedures accurately following department guidelines and safety standards.
Acts as resource person to staff for radiographic procedures and image quality optimization.
Maintains equipment knowledge and troubleshoots issues; ensures clean, stocked work area and proper patient identification.
Delivers efficient patient care while protecting patients from unnecessary radiation.
Participates in QA/QC programs and collaborates with other staff to optimize workflow.
Mentors technologists and students; contributes to team training and process improvements.
