Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator for the Urgent Care Middletown site. The role oversees daily imaging operations, quality control, and customer service to ensure efficient workflow within urgent care imaging services.

You will mentor staff and students, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with department policies. A strong imaging background and leadership experience are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing
• State licensure or eligibility required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care essential to imaging procedures, following policies and standards.
• Room patients as a Medical Assistant, obtain vitals and interview for chief complaints.
• Mentors staff and students, provides coaching and problem solving.
• Performs QC checks and coordinates machine maintenance as needed.
• Coaches technicians and documents errors or incidents as needed.
• Acts as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics to maintain best practices.
• Demonstrates teamwork and high morale in imaging services.
• Supports multiple imaging modalities with professionalism and efficiency.
