Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator for the Urgent Care Middletown location. The role oversees daily imaging operations, ensures quality control, and mentors staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will supervise technologists, coordinate QA/QC, and act as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics, promoting safe, efficient imaging workflows and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily imaging operations in Urgent Care.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching and training.
• Perform QC and coordinate machine maintenance.
• Record errors and incidents; liaise between Radiology and Urgent Care.
• Perform imaging procedures and maintain patient care quality.
• Ensure teamwork and high morale.
