Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking a GME Program Administrator Radiology to support ACGME residency and fellowship activities under the Program Director. You will coordinate student rotations, events, and budget processes while ensuring compliance with PHI and UH policies.

The role emphasizes curricular design, change management, and data-driven program improvements. A Bachelor's degree is required; TAGME with 3+ years of GME experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; TAGME certified with 3+ years GME experience can substitute.
  • 2+ years of experience in an academic setting, preferably in a residency program.

Responsibilities

  • Assist, track, and organize ACGME residency or fellowship activities with the Program Director.
  • Provide administrative support such as calendaring, scheduling, and event planning for the Program Director.
  • Coordinate Medical Student Rotations and Resident as Teacher functions.
  • Assist with House Staff Budget.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of GME interfacing with legal, HR and other offices.
  • Apply assessment concepts to curriculum development.
  • Facilitate data analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Design and track faculty development with the program director.
