Job summary

The University of Chicago's Department of Radiology is seeking a Graduate Medical Education Program Administrator to oversee the Radiology Residency and Fellowship programs and medical student clerkships.

This role provides professional support, handles accreditation, evaluations, recruitment, Match process, and orientation, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. It also coordinates budgets, scheduling, and data reporting to support program evaluation and trainee success.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for Radiology residency, fellowship programs, and clerkships.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, scheduling, and graduation.
• Maintain accreditation documentation for ACGME, RRC, and other bodies.
• Liaise with program leadership, faculty, trainees, and external accrediting bodies.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and trainee reimbursements.
