RAYUS Radiology in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Front Office Associate II to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and registering patients in a cheerful, professional manner.

Eligible candidates have a High School Diploma, 2 years of customer service, and 1 year in medical front office. DailyPay is available and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• One year of medical front office experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and check in for imaging services, processing payments as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls, coordinate with Center Team Members.
• Greet patients and guide them through registration and appointment prep.
• Schedule patient appointments, orders, and referrals; ensure authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certify exams when required.
• Support the front office team with onboarding and process improvements.
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
