Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Richardson, TX. This on-site role involves greeting patients, registering for imaging services, answering phones, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with occasional weekends as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and check in for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients regarding scanner status and appointments.
• Verify patient information and maintain organization of the front office area.
• Schedule referrals, enter orders, and maintain referring physician database.
