RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Float Front Office Associate to support multiple imaging centers in the Milwaukee market. The role combines patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verifications, and front desk coordination across sites, with travel between centers and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Registration: greet and check-in patients, process payments, answer phones and coordinate with center staff.
• Scheduling: arrange transportation, submit orders, manage referrals and authorizations.
• Insurance: verify coverage, pre-certify exams, manage waivers and ROI requests.
• Completes other tasks and projects as assigned.
