Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating transportation and referrals, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and assisting with office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and greet them in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals.
• Verify insurance and pre-certify exams when needed; obtain authorizations.
• Support front office operations; prepare reports and assist with tasks as assigned.
