Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate in Edina, MN to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and register patients with a cheerful, professional approach. The role supports imaging services and coordinates with care teams during varied shifts between 6:30am and 5:00pm.

Responsibilities include processing payments, verifying insurance, and assisting with referrals and authorizations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, process payments and co-pays.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the Center team.
• Schedule appointments and register patients in the system.
• Communicate with imaging staff and relay status updates.
• Coordinate front office organization and office supplies.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorizations.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
