Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Portland, ME. You will greet patients, register them for imaging services, answer phones, and coordinate with clinicians to keep the schedule running smoothly.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. A pay range of $18.00–$23.00 per hour is offered based on experience, with benefits and DailyPay available where eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; processes payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls to Center Team Members in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients waiting for exams; relay messages about scanner status.
• Register patients and assist with scheduling, confirmations, and prep instructions.
• Verify patient exam orders, schedule referrals, obtain authorizations, and manage patient records.
