RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate for a temporary/PRN role in the Oregon area. You will greet and register patients, answer calls, schedule imaging appointments, and verify insurance with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role includes coordinating with radiology staff, handling payments, and supporting the front office with general tasks. Prior customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls; schedule appointments.
• Register patients in the system with cheerful, professional service.
• Assist with front office organization and supplies; perform ROM tasks.
• Coordinate with imaging staff to relay scanner status and prep instructions.
• Arrange transportation, interpreters, and accommodations when needed.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and pre-authorizations as required.
