Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for imaging services while maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals and transports when needed.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with pre-certifications.
• Process payments and copays as needed and maintain lobby organization.
• Fax/scan reports and release forms as requested.
