Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems, typing, and basic software tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering patients for imaging services; collect payments and copays when needed.
• Answering phones and routing calls to Center Team Members.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and relay messages about scanner status.
