Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet patients, register them, and support imaging scheduling with a cheerful, professional approach. You will answer phones, verify insurance, process payments and coordinate with center staff to keep the lobby running smoothly.

This full-time shift runs 12:00pm–8:00pm. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging services.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and collect payments as needed.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with pre-authorizations.
• Coordinate communication between patients and imaging staff.
