Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the initial contact.
• Register patients and collect out-of-pocket payments.
• Verify insurance and manage documentation in the chart.
