Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet and register patients, answer phones, and schedule imaging appointments. You will serve as a liaison between patients and imaging staff in a busy radiology center.

Responsibilities include processing payments, coordinating with referring physicians, and ensuring a smooth patient flow while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient typing speed and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with medical office environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, collect copays as needed.
• Answer calls and route efficiently to center team members.
• Coordinate between imaging technologists and patients with clear communication.
• Manage front office area and assist with clerical tasks.
