Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Greenwood, IN for a temporary/PRN role. You will greet patients, register them for imaging services, and coordinate scheduling and insurance verifications with a cheerful and professional demeanor.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, accurate data entry, and proficient use of MS Office tools. Prior medical office experience is a plus; bilingual abilities are a benefit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly manner; relay messages to Center Team Members.
• Schedule patient exams and referrals; verify orders and prepare appointment confirmations.
• Assist with front office duties including lobby organization and supplies management.
