Job summary

Radon Medical Imaging Corporation seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to resolve advanced service needs for radiology equipment. You will serve as the technical expert on at least one modality and may support multiple systems, driving service excellence for customers.

You will troubleshoot, install, validate, and maintain equipment, while collaborating with dispatch, customers, and HQ. A strong problem-solver with 2+ years of field experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based service process.
• Knowledge in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Learn new modalities and expand skill set.
• Accept feedback from senior Field Engineers and grow technical ability.
• Communicate with customers, act as escalation point, and manage issues from dispatch to resolution.
• Coordinate with team to keep issue status visible with designated customers.
• Develop knowledge to communicate HQ and Zone/Area initiatives.
• Participate in regular team or modality meetings.
• Suggest value-added services to improve customer operations.
