Job summary

Radon Medical Imaging seeks a Field Service Engineer to resolve advanced service repair needs of radiology equipment and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence. You will be a technical expert on at least one modality and may work across multiple modalities.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of servicing electrical equipment, OR equivalent military education plus 2+ years servicing electrical equipment, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
  • Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based service process.
  • Knowledge in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  • Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must comply with Radon’s standard background check and post-offer drug screen.

  • Develop the knowledge to communicate HQ and Zone/Area-level initiatives.
  • Actively participate in regular team or modality meetings.
  • Partner with customers to recommend value-added services for improved business efficiency.

Job Summary

Requirements

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of servicing electrical equipment OR equivalent military education and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment, OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment
  • Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based service process.
  • Knowledge in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  • Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must comply with Radon’s standard background check and post-offer drug screen.
  • Compliance with customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional background checks/drug screens, is mandatory
Conditions/Environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 35lbs. unassisted; frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for long periods. Must reach above/below shoulder level, flex/extend neck, and have good hand/finger dexterity.
  • Valid driver’s license with a Class-D endorsement
