The position requires a Master’s degree in education or Radiologic Sciences, ARRT Radiography registration, WV licensure, and several years of related

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, Radiologic Sciences, or related field.
• ARRT Radiography certification.
• WV Radiography license through the WV Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners.
• Three years’ experience in the Radiologic Technology discipline.
• Two years’ experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program.
• Two years as program director or clinical coordinator in a JRCERT accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Administers the clinical and didactic components of the Radiography program to assure accreditation and institutional compliance.
• Actively participates in marketing and recruitment, representing the institution professionally.
• Coordinates communication across education and clinical coordinators regarding policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates ability to manage organizational change by supporting change initiatives.
• Counsels and advises students on a quarterly basis with respect to clinical and professional performance.
• Maintains and develops the Radiography program in accordance with JRCERT standards.
