Job summary

WVJC is seeking a Radiologic Technology Clinical Coordinator to provide leadership in developing, conducting, and assessing the clinical education program across sites. The role includes curriculum administration, site coordination, and ensuring supervision and evaluation of students align with JRCERT standards.

The coordinator will also participate in didactic and clinical instruction, assist with student recruitment and retention, and collaborate with clinical preceptors and faculty to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in radiography from an accredited program; active ARRT and state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time clinical experience and 1 year as instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Ability to develop curriculum, supervise, teach, evaluate, and advise students.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and processes for radiography programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with instructional technology and relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Program Director to ensure effective operations.
• Participate in accreditation and assessment processes.
• Participate in didactic and/or clinical instruction.
• Maintain knowledge of program policies and student progress.
• Collaborate with clinical site preceptors to ensure proper training and evaluation.
• Coordinate clinical education with didactic and laboratory activities to meet program outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites and industry partners.
• Foster relationships with industry partners to stay informed about advances in radiography education.
