Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves performing CT scans of all body parts, including pediatric and cardiac studies, and supporting procedures such as biopsies and ablations.
Siemens scanner experience is preferred; EMR/PACS familiarity with EPIC or McKesson is advantageous. The incumbent will work in the RT department with a lead tech and supervisor on shift, have strong patient-care skills, and start IVs as required.

Description:The position involves working in the RT (Radiology Technology) department focusing on Computed Tomography.The individual will perform CT scans of all body parts, including pediatric and cardiac scans, along with procedures such as biopsies, drains, and ablations.Experience with Siemens scanners is preferred, with specific knowledge of Siemens Drive, Siemens Force, and Cannon Prime SP models.The average number of scans or studies performed per shift ranges from 30-40.Experience with EMR and PACS systems, specifically EPIC and McKesson, is preferred but not required.There will always be a lead tech and supervisor available during daytime hours on weekdays.The individual must be able to start IVs as required.Shifts are assigned with no blocked requests, with varying start times throughout the week and during weekends.Weekend and holiday shifts are required as needed unless otherwise agreed upon.Scrubs are provided in blue.
