Middlesex Health in Middletown, CT, seeks a Radiology Coordinator to supervise daily imaging operations within Urgent Care. You will ensure quality control, mentor staff, and coordinate between Radiology and Urgent Care teams to maintain compliant imaging practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise imaging services daily operations and QA/QC of the imaging workflow.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching and training.
• Room patients and obtain vitals; coordinate patient flow.
• Coordinate machine maintenance and regular QC checks.
• Record errors or incidents; liaise between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics.
• Perform imaging procedures with clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Promote high morale and professional conduct among staff.
