Zotec Partners is seeking a Director of Client Relationships to lead our Radiology Team in delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will mentor a high-performing team, guide client strategy, and collaborate with internal partners to optimize revenue cycle management for healthcare providers.

You will analyze client data, communicate insights, and drive continuous improvements in relationship management, while educating clients on Zotec’s value proposition and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership in revenue cycle management for Radiology
• Proven track record of building relationships and achieving financial goals
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate trends to clients

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Client Relationship Managers
• Provide guidance and training to ensure client retention and satisfaction targets are met
