Job summary

Zotec Partners in the United States seeks a Director of Client Relationships to lead a team of Client Relationship Managers, nurture strategic client partnerships, and drive achievement of financial goals through our revenue cycle management solutions.

You will work with clients to understand needs, address issues, and propel growth through collaboration with sales and operations, leveraging market insights and data to improve retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role involving revenue cycle management in radiology.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships and achieving financial objectives.
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities to clients.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred.

As a Director of Client Relationships, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding our clients’ expectations. You will work with a team responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with our clients helping them achieve their financial and practice goals through our revenue cycle management solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Work with and mentor a high-performing team of Client Relationship Managers
• Provide guidance, training, and support to help Relationship Managers excel in their roles and meet client retention and satisfaction targets
• Work closely with key clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives
• Monitor client relationship health and proactively address issues
• Collaborate with sales, operations , and other internal teams to achieve client objectives
• Stay informed of industry trends and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our client relationship management strategies
• Provide client feedback to organization, leveraging support of and bringing to bear the appropriate resources within Zotec
• Alert the sales team to opportunities for growth with referrals
• Appropriately educate client groups on the benefits, capabilities, and value proposition of Zotec

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role involving revenue cycle management in the specialty of Radiology
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships and achieving financial objectives
• Ability to confidently interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities to clients
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred
